About Henosis
Henosis is a research platform for event-driven equity strategies. Our first product is the PDUFA Drift Dashboard: a backtest of buying biotech sponsors roughly six months ahead of an FDA PDUFA decision and exiting ten days before the catalyst, capturing the pre-decision drift while sidestepping binary approval risk.
Everything we publish is research and education. It is not investment advice, and historical drift behaviour is not a forecast of future returns.
Privacy policy
What we collect. Your mobile number, email address, first and last name, and country. We derive an initial country suggestion from your mobile dialling code; you can correct it at any point during sign-up.
Why we collect it. To create and secure your account, to deliver one-time verification codes by SMS and email, and — if you begin a sign-up without finishing it — to email you a single reminder so you can complete it.
How it is protected. Verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after ten minutes. Account records are held in an access-controlled database where each account can only read its own profile.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that deliver our SMS and email messages and host our infrastructure.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Terms and conditions
By creating an account you confirm the details you provide are accurate, that the mobile number and email address are yours, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Accounts are personal. Do not share your verification codes or allow anyone else to use your account. We may suspend access where we detect abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent verification.
All content on Henosis, including the PDUFA Drift Dashboard, is provided for informational purposes only and on an “as is” basis. Backtests exclude commissions, slippage, taxes and borrow costs. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and you remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
